Engagement Terms
These are the standard commercial terms for DigiApe India’s monthly plans. Your signed proposal or agreement takes precedence where it differs.
Plans and pricing
- LAUNCH ₹14,999/month, GROW ₹24,999/month, SCALE ₹39,999/month and ENTERPRISE from ₹75,000/month.
- Prices exclude applicable GST.
- There is no onboarding fee on any plan.
Commitment and billing
- The minimum engagement is 3 months, because social media and SEO need consistent effort to show results.
- Half-yearly plans receive 15% off and annual plans receive 20% off.
- Billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your proposal.
Ad spend
- Advertising budgets for Meta, Google and other platforms are separate from our fees.
- Ad spend is paid directly to the platform from your account wherever possible, so you always see every rupee spent.
Approvals and content
- Content is shared for your approval before publishing.
- Healthcare, finance and other regulated content is reviewed by you or your professional before it goes live.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide, such as prices, offers and legal details.
Ownership
- Final approved creatives, logos and websites belong to you once the related invoices are paid.
- You retain ownership of your social media accounts, ad accounts, domain and website hosting.
